1. Shutters
You need to blink quickly and easily for about 2 minutes. It perfectly improves blood circulation.

Take piece of a piece of clay (or colored adhesive tape). Form a small point on the glass. Then select some distant object outside the window. A few seconds look into the distance, then at a point on the window. Perform 2 minutes.

3. Big eyes
